Nova ARCIS Development, a Georgia-based real estate developer, will participate in the Future Real Estate Exhibition 2026, which opens tomorrow, Thursday, in Riyadh and runs through October 10. During the event, the company will showcase three of its key residential developments in Tbilisi: Nova Gldani, Lisi Heights, and Landmark.

Nova ARCIS’ participation forms part of its efforts to strengthen its presence in the Saudi market and engage directly with investors and individuals interested in international real estate opportunities. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about Georgia’s property market, the locations and residential offerings of the three developments, as well as the services and amenities available across the projects.

Established in 2016, ARCIS Development has completed more than 25 projects across Georgia and serves a client base of over 650 customers. The company follows an integrated service model that supports clients throughout the property ownership journey, from selecting and purchasing a property to handover, after-sales services, and property management.

Among the projects being showcased is Nova Gldani, a comfort-class residential development located in Tbilisi’s Gldani district. The project comprises three 22-storey towers built around a car-free internal courtyard. Set on a 16,073-square-metre site, Nova Gldani offers residences ranging from approximately 37 to 96 square metres, complemented by landscaped areas, padel courts, a fitness centre, running and cycling tracks, children’s play areas, parking facilities, and retail spaces.

The company will also present Lisi Heights, a premium residential development in Tbilisi’s prestigious Lisi area. The seven-storey building offers one- to three-bedroom residences ranging from 39.5 to 131.4 square metres, featuring panoramic city views, underground parking, a children’s play area, balconies and terraces. The project is approximately 10 minutes from Lisi Lake.

Landmark, meanwhile, is located in the fast-growing Didi Dighomi district, close to several universities and shopping destinations. Built on a 6,881-square-metre site, the development comprises two towers of 19 and 23 storeys and combines residential units with commercial spaces, hotel apartments, and a business centre.

Commenting on the participation, Dr. Omar Ahmed, CEO of Nova ARCIS Development, said: “Our participation in the Future Real Estate Exhibition in Riyadh provides an important opportunity to engage directly with Saudi investors and present a clear picture of the opportunities available in Georgia’s real estate market. We are showcasing three projects that differ in location, design and residential offering, providing a range of options for those seeking either an investment opportunity or property ownership in Tbilisi.”

He added: “At Nova ARCIS, we believe our relationship with clients extends well beyond the purchase decision. We support them throughout the ownership and handover process, while also providing after-sales services and property management, which we consider an essential part of the international property investment experience.”

Throughout the exhibition, Nova ARCIS will welcome investors and visitors interested in exploring the three developments, available residential options and project features, while offering direct consultations to help prospective buyers identify the project and unit best suited to their individual needs.
